Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all coaching services provided by Guided By Rebecca to any individual or organisation (“you” or “the client”). By booking and engaging in my life coaching services, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the coach and the client.
Please note: Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in coaching.
3. Confidentiality
All personal information shared will be treated as strictly confidential.
4. Sessions, Booking and Cancellation
• Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed by email.
• You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• If I need to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a suitable alternative.
5. Fees and Payment
• Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer
• I reserve the right to change my fees, but any changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for.
6. Refund Policy
• Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages may be offered at my discretion, subject to any cancellations made within [14 days] of booking, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Refunds will not be given for missed sessions without prior cancellation.
7. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
• Be open, honest, and fully engaged during the coaching process.
• Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Understand that the coach does not offer legal, financial, or medical advice.
8. Results Disclaimer
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching is an individual process, and results will vary based on your input, commitment, and actions. I make no representations or warranties regarding performance or results.
9. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, content, and resources provided are owned by Guided By Rebecca and protected under UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
• I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:
• I believe it is no longer in the best interest of either party; or
• There is a breach of these Terms.
Any prepaid sessions not delivered at the time of termination may be refunded at my discretion.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
